Garden Photos
Our organic gardening project is underway and we have many colorful garden photos showing the fruits of our labor. As you can see in our garden photos we've been blessed with a bounty of garden fresh vegetables and delicious greens.
Chinese Eggplant
We've selected many of the vegetable varieties grown in our organic garden because they are suited for the harsh desert climate. This Chinese eggplant is not only beautiful, but prolific. It produces long, thin purple fruits which are great sliced in a stir-fry.
