Garden Photos
Our organic gardening project is underway and we have many colorful garden photos showing the fruits of our labor. As you can see in our garden photos we've been blessed with a bounty of garden fresh vegetables and delicious greens.
Melon Patch
Our organic melon patch is now producing large melons that we hope will be ready soon. We are still trying to master the art of picking the perfect melon, which requires a fair attention to detail. For cantaloupes, the netting must be fully developed and is ripe once the skin is yellow or tan. For watermelons, the closest tendril to the fruit will turn brown and crisp when it is ready for picking.
